Why the Survey Comes Before the Price
A price given over the phone is a guess about volume, and the mover who guesses low wins the booking. The difference is recovered on moving day, at the truck door, when your goods are half loaded and refusing is no longer practical. The guess was never a price. It was the opening of a negotiation you did not know you were in.
We reverse the order. A surveyor counts your home before any figure exists, so the quote is built from what is actually there. That is what lets us cap the invoice at 5% over it in a signed bond, and pay you when we miss the date. A cap only works when the number beneath it was counted, which is why a phone quote can never carry one.
Four Terms, Written Down Before We Pack
Every mover promises care. We sign what each promise pays if we break it, before a single carton is packed. The bond is the same document on every move, local or intercity, and the four terms below are its core.

Anything damaged in our care is repaired or replaced at its full declared value, settled against your invoice.

Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%. Anything beyond that is waived in full.

Credited for each day past your delivery window, after a 24-hour grace, with a hotel stay arranged each night.

Anything lost in transit is refunded at 150% of its declared value, with cover from packing through to delivery.

How do I get a quote?
Send the quote form with your cities and preferred date, or call the branch. A surveyor visits your address, lists what is moving, and the quote follows from that visit.
Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and does not commit you to booking. You receive the written quote after the survey.
Do you give the final price before packing?
Yes. The quote is built from the survey and written into a bond before packing. Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
What does the Written Commitment Bond cover?
The bond records the price, delivery window and liability before packing. It includes the 5% invoice cap, full declared-value damage cover, 150% loss payout and ₹1,000 for each day past the delivery window after the 24-hour grace period.
Which cities do you operate in?
Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Noida. Each city has its own branch, with local moves within the city and intercity moves between them.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every move is invoiced with our GSTIN and each service itemized as its own line, which can be used for reimbursement and company accounts.
