Your details are used to quote, run and bill your move, and nothing else. We don't sell them, we don't make marketing calls, and you can switch off Google's tracking cookies at any time. This page sets out exactly what we collect and why.

With effect from 14 October 2026. This policy covers relocatexpress.com and every move booked with Moovz Relocate Xpress Pvt Ltd (“Relocate Xpress”, “we”), which owns the website and decides how your data is used. It is written under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What We Collect
From the quote form or a call: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, the service you need, where you’re moving from and to, any notes you add, and which page of the site you asked from.
When we survey and run your move: the itemised inventory and the value you declare for each item, survey photos and videos, an identity document, vehicle papers if we move a car or bike, and your employer’s details if your company is paying. We ask for a masked Aadhaar (first eight digits hidden) or another ID, such as a driving licence, never a full Aadhaar copy.
From the website itself: basic technical data any site receives (browser, device, pages visited), and analytics and advertising cookies from Google, which you can switch off.
We never ask for card numbers, bank passwords or OTPs. Anyone asking for those in our name is not us.
Why We Use It
- To call you back, book the survey and send your written quote.
- To plan the crew, vehicle and route, and keep you updated by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your move.
- To prepare your Written Commitment Bond, invoice and receipts.
- To handle a loss or damage claim, and to keep the records the law requires.
- To improve the website, from analytics, unless you switch those cookies off.
- To show our ads to people who have visited, and measure which ads lead to a quote request, unless you switch advertising cookies off.
No marketing. We use your number to arrange and run your move. We don’t send offers, make marketing calls or add you to any marketing list. If we ever start sending offers, we will ask you separately first, and you can say no.
Who Sees It
Your details are seen by our own sales and operations team only. We don’t sell them and we don’t share them with partners. A few service providers handle data for us, only to run the parts listed here:
We also share data where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in response to a lawful order. We don’t record calls.
Cookies and Your Choice
Google’s analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. You can switch either off at any time from Cookie Preferences in the footer, and your choice is remembered on your device. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a short banner first, and these cookies stay off unless they accept.
While advertising cookies are off, Google Ads only receives anonymous, modelled conversion counts, not anything that identifies you.
How Long We Keep It
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Have it corrected or completed.
- Have it erased once it’s no longer needed for your move or by law.
- Withdraw any consent you gave, as easily as you gave it. For cookies, use Cookie Preferences in the footer.
- Nominate someone to act for you if you’re unable to.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you’re not satisfied.
To use any of these, contact our Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 working days, after checking it against the details you registered with us.
Children
This site and our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Keeping It Safe
Records are held in our company accounts with access limited to the team that needs them. The website runs over HTTPS, and the quote form is protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you’ve already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
