The bond is a document you sign with us before a single carton is packed. It fixes the price, the delivery window and our liability, and it states what we pay when we miss any of them. This page sets out each term as it appears in the bond, so you can hold us to the exact wording.

The Terms the Pillars Do Not Show
The delay credit starts after a 24-hour grace period past the window in your bond and runs for each further day, with a hotel stay arranged each night. If neither the crew nor your coordinator can be reached for two hours during the move, we credit ₹500. Credits are settled against your invoice rather than paid on request.
The bond covers everything on the inventory sheet signed at packing. It excludes cash, jewellery and documents, which you carry yourself, and boxes sealed without our crew. Damage you can see must be noted on the sheet at delivery, and hidden damage reported within 24 hours. Those limits are printed in the bond, not added afterwards.

Four terms carry the weight of the bond. Each states a figure and the moment it applies, so there is nothing left to interpret after the move. If the wording on this page and the wording in your signed bond ever differ, the signed bond is what counts.

How do I get a quote?
Send the quote form with your cities and preferred date, or call the branch. A surveyor visits your address, lists what is moving, and the quote follows from that visit.
Is the survey free?
Yes. The survey is free and does not commit you to booking. You receive the written quote after the survey.
Do you give the final price before packing?
Yes. The quote is built from the survey and written into a bond before packing. Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
What does the Written Commitment Bond cover?
The bond records the price, delivery window and liability before packing. It includes the 5% invoice cap, full declared-value damage cover, 150% loss payout and ₹1,000 for each day past the delivery window after the 24-hour grace period.
Which cities do you operate in?
Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Noida. Each city has its own branch, with local moves within the city and intercity moves between them.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Every move is invoiced with our GSTIN and each service itemized as its own line, which can be used for reimbursement and company accounts.
