Relocate Xpress runs employee transfers into and out of Bangalore for companies: a survey at the employee's home, one coordinator for the whole file, and an invoice itemized the way a reimbursement claim needs.
Bangalore sends and receives more corporate transfers than almost anywhere, most of them tech staff moving between the ORR, Whitefield and Electronic City and other cities. One coordinator holds each file from the home survey to unpacking at the destination.
The invoice is itemized line by line so the claim clears without queries, and companies moving several people in a quarter can take one monthly statement.
Tell us where you are moving from and to. A surveyor from the nearest branch calls to book a visit, and the figure comes after that, in writing.

Companies moving several employees in a quarter can consolidate the invoices into one monthly statement against the same rates.
Every mover promises care. We sign what each promise pays if we break it, before a single carton is packed. The bond is the same document on every move, local or intercity, and the four terms below are its core.
Anything damaged in our care is repaired or replaced at its full declared value, settled against your invoice.
Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%. Anything beyond that is waived in full.
Credited for each day past your delivery window, after a 24-hour grace, with a hotel stay arranged each night.
Anything lost in transit is refunded at 150% of its declared value, with cover from packing through to delivery.
An intercity move runs in 6 steps across 3 stages, from the survey to your sign-off.
Stage 1
Every item listed room by room and priced against the corridor rate card.
You sign the written guarantees, and the delivery window is fixed in them.
Packed to the approved list, with each carton labelled and inventoried.
Stage 2
Loaded at your address or the branch yard, with the signed list travelling along.
Our own vehicle on the planned corridor, insured from packing through to delivery.
Stage 3
Cartons opened in the right rooms, furniture rebuilt, the list checked with you.
It is written for that purpose. Each head of claim is a separate itemized line, the GSTIN is printed, and one coordinator handles the file so accounts are not chasing two different offices for paperwork.
Yes. Interim storage is added to the same booking, so goods leave the old address on the agreed date and are held insured until the new home is ready, without a second survey.
Yes. The quote is built from the survey and written into a bond before packing. Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
It is repaired or replaced at its full declared value and settled against your invoice, never argued over. Raise the claim within 24 hours of delivery. Anything lost in transit is paid at 150% of its declared value.
Yes. The survey is free and does not commit you to booking. You receive the written quote after the survey.
The balance is due only on delivery, against an itemized GST invoice. That invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
