From a load survey covering weight, dimensions and anchor points, plus a route check for door widths and floor loading. There is no rate card because rigging and access differ too much between jobs.
Yes. The move can be phased line by line, with each phase quoted against the same survey, so one part of the floor keeps producing while the other is dismantled and moved.
Yes. The quote is built from the survey and written into a bond before packing. Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
