Driving a car to a new city puts wear and kilometres on it and ties up a week of someone’s time. A carrier moves it without either.

Covered, not driven

The car travels on a covered carrier, held by wheel straps rather than chains on the chassis, and is never driven between cities. The odometer is photographed at loading and at delivery, so the reading shows whether it moved under its own power.

The condition report

Every panel is photographed before loading. That report is the reference at delivery: anything new that is not on it is repaired at full cost under the bond.

What to have ready

  • The registration certificate
  • A valid insurance copy
  • Your identity proof
  • A fuel level drawn down before loading

Where it is loaded

Many city basements are too low for a carrier. In that case the car is brought to the branch yard and loaded there, which the surveyor confirms before the quote.

Tell us where you are moving from and to. A surveyor from the nearest branch calls to book a visit, and the figure comes after that, in writing.

We use your number to arrange the survey and nothing else. No marketing calls.
