Moving Between Cities: Part Load or Full Container

A part load is cheaper but waits for a shared truck. A full container costs more and leaves at once. How to choose.

Between cities, your goods travel one of two ways: sharing a truck with other consignments, or on a container of their own.

Part load

Your goods share a truck. It costs less because you pay for the space you use, but the truck leaves only once it is full, which can add days on a long corridor. It suits a small home or a partial move.

Full container

A 19ft or 32ft container carries only your goods and leaves once they are loaded. It costs more but runs on your schedule, with no wait for other loads. It suits a larger home or a fixed date.

How to choose

  • A 1 BHK usually fits a part load
  • A 2 or 3 BHK often needs a 19ft container
  • A 4 BHK on a long run usually needs a 32ft
  • A fixed arrival date favours a full container

What does not change

Either way, the surveyor sizes the load before we quote, the delivery window goes into the bond, and a late delivery credits ₹1,000 per day past the grace period.

Tell us where you are moving from and to. A surveyor from the nearest branch calls to book a visit, and the figure comes after that, in writing.

We use your number to arrange the survey and nothing else. No marketing calls.
