Relocate Xpress moves cars out of Gurgaon on covered carriers. Condominium basements are too low for a carrier, so the car is driven up the ramp by our staff and loaded at the gate.
Towers along Golf Course Road and in the DLF phases park cars in basements with clearance well under what a carrier needs. The loading point is always outside, and the gate slot is booked with the society.
The condition report is made at the gate in daylight, not in the basement, so panel marks are recorded accurately before loading.

On request items are quoted as separate lines on the same invoice, agreed at the survey.
Bands below are the same across cities for this service. Your own figure is confirmed at survey, written into the bond, and capped 5% at invoice.
Rates are for one vehicle on a shared covered carrier. A dedicated single-car carrier is quoted separately. GST extra.
Every mover promises care. We sign what each promise pays if we break it, before a single carton is packed. The bond is the same document on every move, local or intercity, and the four terms below are its core.
Anything damaged in our care is repaired or replaced at its full declared value, settled against your invoice.
Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%. Anything beyond that is waived in full.
Credited for each day past your delivery window, after a 24-hour grace, with a hotel stay arranged each night.
Anything lost in transit is refunded at 150% of its declared value, with cover from packing through to delivery.
An intercity move runs in 6 steps across 3 stages, from the survey to your sign-off.
Stage 1
Every item listed room by room and priced against the corridor rate card.
You sign the written guarantees, and the delivery window is fixed in them.
Packed to the approved list, with each carton labelled and inventoried.
Stage 2
Loaded at your address or the branch yard, with the signed list travelling along.
Our own vehicle on the planned corridor, insured from packing through to delivery.
Stage 3
Cartons opened in the right rooms, furniture rebuilt, the list checked with you.
The bands on this page run from ₹8,000 (Up to 400 km, Hatchback) to ₹38,000 (Above 1500 km, Luxury). Your own figure comes from the free survey, and the invoice can't exceed it by more than 5%.
No. It travels on a covered carrier and is never driven between cities. The odometer is photographed at loading and again at delivery, so the reading shows whether it moved under its own power.
The registration certificate, a valid insurance copy and your identity proof, with a copy travelling with the carrier. We record the condition and odometer on our own report at loading.
Yes. The quote is built from the survey and written into a bond before packing. Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.
It is repaired or replaced at its full declared value and settled against your invoice, never argued over. Raise the claim within 24 hours of delivery. Anything lost in transit is paid at 150% of its declared value.
