Relocate Xpress moves households and offices from Pune to Mumbai, about 150 km by road. A surveyor visits the Pune address first, the quote is built from that inventory, and the delivery window is fixed in the bond before anything is packed.
The load runs over the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and the ghat climb at Khandala, about 150 km, so a home packed in the morning is usually unloaded the same evening.
Goods consolidate at the Pune branch, which puts the truck on the bypass without crossing the city centre. In Mumbai most deliveries go to tower societies that set a lift slot and a move-in window, so the branch confirms both before the truck arrives.

Bands below are by load size on this corridor. Your own figure comes from the survey at the Pune address and is capped 5% against the invoice in the bond.
Runs up to 400 km. A 32ft container is not used at this distance, and larger homes move in a 19ft container.
Every route from Pune runs in both directions and each direction is priced on its own survey.
Every mover promises care. We sign what each promise pays if we break it, before a single carton is packed. The bond is the same document on every move, local or intercity, and the four terms below are its core.
Anything damaged in our care is repaired or replaced at its full declared value, settled against your invoice.
Your final invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%. Anything beyond that is waived in full.
Credited for each day past your delivery window, after a 24-hour grace, with a hotel stay arranged each night.
Anything lost in transit is refunded at 150% of its declared value, with cover from packing through to delivery.
An intercity move runs in 6 steps across 3 stages, from the survey to your sign-off.
Stage 1
Every item listed room by room and priced against the corridor rate card.
You sign the written guarantees, and the delivery window is fixed in them.
Packed to the approved list, with each carton labelled and inventoried.
Stage 2
Loaded at your address or the branch yard, with the signed list travelling along.
Our own vehicle on the planned corridor, insured from packing through to delivery.
Stage 3
Cartons opened in the right rooms, furniture rebuilt, the list checked with you.
From ₹10,500 for a 1 BHK as a part load, up to ₹28,000 for a 4 BHK in a 19ft container. Your own figure comes from the free survey, and the invoice can't exceed it by more than 5%.
It is about 150 km by road and the goods are delivered the same day. The delivery window is fixed in the bond, and each day past it, after a 24-hour grace, is credited at ₹1,000.
Yes. Cars go on a covered carrier and are never driven between cities, with the odometer photographed at both ends. Car transport on this route has its own page and rates.
A part load is cheaper for a small home but waits for a shared truck, which adds days on a long corridor. A full container leaves once your goods are loaded. The survey tells you which suits your volume.
Your delivery date and arrival window are written into the bond before packing. After a 24-hour grace period we credit ₹1,000 for every day you wait and arrange a hotel stay for your family each night.
It is repaired or replaced at its full declared value and settled against your invoice, never argued over. Raise the claim within 24 hours of delivery. Anything lost in transit is paid at 150% of its declared value.
The balance is due only on delivery, against an itemized GST invoice. That invoice cannot exceed the surveyed quote by more than 5%.

Distance is only part of it. Consolidation, state borders, weather and the arrival city's rules all shape how long a load takes.
