Goods leave your old home on the lease end and go straight into storage. When the new flat is handed over, they are delivered from the warehouse rather than brought back to you first.

How it is priced
The monthly storage rate is fixed at booking. A further delay extends the months held but does not change the rate. Delivery out of storage is quoted on the same survey, so it is not a second quote.
